You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Terms and Conditions
- Return the product complete and preferably in the original packaging.
- Products must be clean and tidy to qualify for return or exchange.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for a return.
Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the full order amount within 14 days or we will exchange your product. Only the costs for the return shipping to us are at your own expense. For exchanging a product, you do not pay any extra shipping costs, only the return costs.
Registering a return or exchange
For both exchanges and returns, we ask you to contact us in advance. This way, we can send you the correct instructions.
After receiving your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days after registration, provided the product is in good condition when it arrives to us.

Note: depreciation
You are allowed to try out a product, but please handle it carefully. Is the product or packaging more damaged than necessary? Then we may withhold part of the value. So make sure to pack your return well and send it back in its original condition.

Oh no! Did you receive something that is damaged or incorrect? Let us know within 3 days of receipt, and we will resolve it for you immediately.
