Within the Netherlands, your package will usually be delivered within 1-2 business days . Deliveries outside the Netherlands may take a little longer. During holidays or busy periods, delivery may be delayed.
What are the shipping costs?
The listed prices are excluding shipping costs. Orders are delivered FREE in the Netherlands from € 25,- (excluding shipping costs and discount codes). Shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands under € 25,- are € 3.99.
The shipping rate for Belgium and Germany for an order is €6.49, regardless of the amount of the order. It is not possible to have a package sent to a PO Box or to a collection point.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.

How long do I have to exchange my product?
You have up to 30 days after receipt to exchange your product, as long as it is unused, undamaged and neatly packaged.
Can I return my order?
Yes! You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
What should I do in case of a damaged delivery?
Report a damaged item to us within 3 days of receipt . Preferably send a photo, then we will provide a suitable solution.

As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation , you can contact us to change your order. We are happy to help you!
