Have you placed an order but would you like to change it? Please contact us by phone so that we can try to change your order as soon as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse, we unfortunately can no longer change anything for you.

I entered my address incorrectly, what now?
Please try to inform us of the change as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can still change your address. If your order has left our warehouse, we can unfortunately no longer make changes (unfortunately, in this case you are not entitled to a refund).
